Tondi Tickets Website Rules
Tondi Tickets is the online ticket office of Tondo - Artists Together (טונדו - אמנים ביחד), Amuta No. 580496818. The website is used for ticket sales, audience information, and project support for events created by the amuta or officially joined by it within its purposes.
Official Purposes of the Amuta
Tondo's purposes include creating an open forum for creative artists and organizations from different fields to promote arts, creativity, culture, education, science, and sports; supporting Israeli and international projects in those fields through exhibitions, conferences, concerts, performances, creative and professional meetings; activity for the benefit of society, vulnerable communities, and mutual help; and carrying out artistic projects.
1. What the Website Is For
The website helps audiences find Tondo events, buy tickets online, receive electronic tickets, check order details, and contact the ticket office about cancellation or refund questions. We aim to keep the ticket office clear, orderly, and accessible for different language communities in Israel.
Publishing an event on the website does not mean that the ticket office provides a commercial service to an external organizer. The ticket office is a working tool of the amuta and is used for projects that match its cultural, educational, creative, social, and sports purposes.
2. Buying Tickets
- The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, email, and other details entered during purchase.
- The electronic ticket is sent to the contact details provided by the buyer and may be checked at event entry.
- Price, available seats, discounts, and special terms are shown on the specific event page.
- Ticket resale, attempts to bypass event rules, or use of the website for fraudulent activity are prohibited.
3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Event Changes
Order cancellation, event rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the specific event terms and the general cancellation and refund terms. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers or due to instructions from competent authorities, information will be published on the event page or sent to buyers through available contact details.
4. Accessibility, Safety, and Event Conduct
Visitors must follow venue rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, and restrictions published for the specific event. If a visitor needs accessibility assistance, accompaniment, or special entry arrangements, it is best to contact the ticket office in advance.
5. Personal Data
We use buyer data to process orders, send tickets, contact buyers about events, comply with legal requirements, and support website operations. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
6. How Can We Sell Tickets on Your Website?
You cannot, if this is simply an external ticket-sales request. Tondi Tickets does not provide ticket-office services to private individuals, producers, venues, or organizations. Tickets on this website are sold by Tondo itself for its own performances and projects, which it creates, leads, or officially joins.
If your performance or project fully matches Tondo's official purposes, you may send a request to the cooperation coordinator, Ilana: +972 50-578-8977. The coordinator will submit the request to the vaad for review.
If the vaad decides that the project fits the amuta's values and purposes, Tondo may join its implementation: through volunteers, donor search, audience outreach, use of the online ticket office, and other available means. This is not ticket sales as a commercial service; it is participation in projects that develop art, culture, education, creativity, professional exchange, multicultural dialogue, community support, and socially valuable initiatives.
